Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all flight bookings and travel-related services provided by TheTripTime (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or completing a flight reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
1. General Terms
By booking a flight through our platform, you confirm that you are legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement and that all traveler information provided is accurate and complete. All bookings are subject to airline availability, fare rules, supplier policies, and applicable laws.
2. Booking Confirmation
A flight reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive an official booking confirmation email from TheTripTime. The confirmation includes passenger details, airline itinerary, fare information, travel dates, and payment summary.
3. Payment Terms
Payment requirements vary depending on airline policies, fare types, and booking conditions. Full payment is generally required at the time of ticket issuance. Additional charges such as baggage fees, seat upgrades, fare differences, taxes, or airline penalties may apply after booking confirmation.
4. Passenger Information
Travelers are responsible for providing passenger names exactly as they appear on government-issued identification or passports. Incorrect traveler details may result in denied boarding, airline penalties, ticket cancellation, or additional correction fees.
5. Travel Documents & Identification
Passengers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, government-issued identification, vaccination certificates, and any required travel documentation for domestic or international travel. Failure to meet entry or transit requirements may result in denied boarding without refund eligibility.
6. Airline Schedule Changes
Airlines may modify schedules, departure times, aircraft types, routes, or operating carriers due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for airline schedule changes; however, our support team may assist travelers with available alternatives according to airline policies.
7. Baggage Policies
Baggage allowances, carry-on restrictions, overweight baggage charges, and special item policies vary by airline and fare class. Travelers are responsible for reviewing the baggage rules of the operating airline before departure.
8. Seat Assignments & Special Requests
Seat assignments, meal requests, wheelchair assistance, unaccompanied minor services, pet travel, and other special requests are subject to airline approval and availability. Additional charges may apply for certain services or preferred seating options.
9. Flight Changes & Cancellations
Flight modifications, cancellations, rebookings, and refunds are subject to airline fare rules and our applicable Cancellation and Refund Policies. Airline penalties, fare differences, and service charges may apply depending on ticket conditions.
10. No-Show Policy
If a traveler fails to check in or board a scheduled flight without prior cancellation or notification, the reservation may be classified as a no-show. In such cases, unused ticket segments may be canceled and the ticket may become non-refundable according to airline policy.
11. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance or trip protection coverage to help protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage issues, delays, or travel interruptions. Insurance products are offered by third-party providers and are subject to separate terms and conditions.
12. Taxes & Additional Charges
All flight bookings are subject to applicable airport taxes, government fees, airline surcharges, carrier-imposed charges, and payment processing fees. These charges may vary depending on destination, airline, route, and travel class.
13. Airline Operational Policies
Airlines reserve the right to deny boarding, cancel reservations, refuse carriage, or modify services due to safety, security, operational, regulatory, or behavioral reasons. All travel remains subject to the operating airline’s conditions of carriage.
14. Limitation of Liability
TheTripTime acts as an independent travel service provider and is not liable for airline operational disruptions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, baggage loss, supplier actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TheTripTime operates. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or travel services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
16. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
